You may cancel or reschedule a session free of charge up to 24 hours before it is due to begin.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and missed sessions are charged at the standard rate.
An exception may be made in the event of a sudden serious deterioration in health, in which case we will arrange a new appointment together.
PAYMENT METHOD
After the session, you will receive an invoice by email. Payment is made by bank transfer to the bank account stated on the invoice.
